While we’re on the topic of solar-powered bike lanes in Holland: a solar-powered, glow-in-the-dark bike path inspired by Van Gogh’s timeless Starry Night painting was unveiled by Dutch designer Daan Roosegaarde in Nuenen this week… which is also in Holland, the bike-commuting capital of the world.
