Why did you reach out to 10x?
I originally reached out to 10x to find a reliable and talented web developer for one of my clients. We chose 10x because we knew their tech talent was well vetted and would be able to meet and exceed our clients’ needs.
What has been the best part of working with 10x?
The best part of working with 10x is how buttoned up they are on the clerical side. As a customer, I appreciate being removed from negotiating with the tech talent which can be both time-consuming and awkward. The billing happens very regularly so there are never any surprises. If there is an anticipated overage, the agent will reach out and a discussion can happen before any overages are incurred.
Would you return to 10x in the future?
I would (and often do!) return to 10x and would certainly recommend 10x to other companies.
What is one unexpected benefit of working with 10x?
We originally went to 10x to find a talented developer. A benefit that I wasn’t expecting was how good of a design sense our developer had. As a designer and creative director myself, I appreciated the extra design “chops” that 10x brought to make the final product even better than I imagined it could be.
