10x cofounder Altay Guvench will be presenting on the tech industry’s talent problems at the 2015 Bloomberg Technology Conference in San Francisco, June 15-16. The conference brings together top influencers in the tech sphere for talks, debates and other interactive activities focused on the impact of tech on business.
The theme of this year’s conference is “Code and the Corner Office”. Altay has been selected to participate for his experience at the forefront of the changing hiring game in tech development, as you may have already read about in The New Yorker Magazine’s piece about 10x, The Programmer’s Price.
Altay will speak alongside Facebook’s Lori Goler and Charles Thomas of Wells Fargo about “The Developer Dating Game: Attracting and retaining developers – arguably a company’s most valuable resource.” The talk is scheduled to begin at 1:30pm on May 16.
